but then it wouldn't be at the subscribers request. it would be at the phone companys' request. or is the subscriber the phone company and the subscribee the person with the phone?

no when I don pay my bill, they dont call me out as a bum to my friends. They make it seem like I did it on purpose, but its for sure a billing issue lol.
