Okay so.. like... I watched my neighbors and their friend get arrested today. They're in the building over, but they're assigned parking spot is right next to ours. They have a pretty black jaguar, I'm always worried about dinging it with my door since our spots are tiny

Doesn't sound like that's the whole story. Then again, you're not in Texas, so the laws are likely a little different.

well... it's all we were given. but we extrapolated that they were prolly waving the gun around while on the interstate since it was the state patrol that called the local police over it.

Gun laws up here are fairly strict (tho not impossible to my understanding, I'll admit I'm not versed in them however). But I don't think there's any state here that's gonna just arrest someone for having a gun unless there's a question of legal ownership or criminal use.

So... whatever they did, they got the state patrol's attention. Not the smartest move as far as I'm aware. :3
