it's been a little over a month....

since i've quit smoking cigarettes....

given that i've been smoking since i was fourteen...thats 7 yesrs!

it's come to that point where i know for a fact i don't want it anymore and i can finally announce it publicly... (alteast for the mean time...i still have some doubt in my self...haha!)

but it really does feel good to be smoke free...
