I had the same issue a couple of years back when my hubby and I shacked up at a friend's basement. At first she said we could stay for a whole year only to change her mind after two months! Have you started looking around as yet?
I hope everything works out with your grandfather's surgery. My dad's going for his second knee surgery and we're hoping it will be the last. His knee is being replaced.

As for me being kicked out the guy was my friend :( apparently is new girlfriend doesn't like me to well lol
It's actually just a nickname I have given it lol I'm planning on it being a book series called The Curse of Gabriel (TCOG) an it'll be book one (B1) and the first book will be call Disgusted which is where I get the last letter but it does sound pretty cool as Project TCOG-B1-D! Hehe
It's fantasy involving skin walkers ( ya know werewolves an werecats) ^^ I'm hoping to have it finished ASAP !
