Climate change ignorance
Last year the Australian Coal Association agreed to develop a clean coal technology fund through a 20c per tonne levy which was expected to raise over $1billion. It definitely did that, but, it did while price for coal actually increased by between 130-250% thus dramatically increasing the coal company profits.

I've been in my job exactly three months now and, in no particular order or without overstating any particular aspect, these are my thoughts:- I really enjoy it
- this is a much longer commitment that I first thought
- can I actually do this job for the time it requires?
- travel is great
- travel can be lonely

Updating reality
Ever notice how one day you look up and instead of seeing trees full of leaves and green grass the trees are bare and grass is a kind of brown colour... or that you walk down a street at least once a week for months only to look up and see that a new butcher just opened ( Read more... ) -
