You have to fake being a good person to get a job.... The first time I applied at Kroger my personality assessment red flagged and the hiring manager just told me to redo it.... It took me weeks to finally get a hold of him just so he could tell me that.... It's not hard to fake it, I mean you worked at Kroger.... You just need to suck it up and fake it.... And most companies believe that the customer is always right, it's kinda policy, I mean, if you failed a drug test, they probably wouldn't hire you.... It really does make you unemployable if you can't fake it, no one wants Debbie Downer working with their customers, bad for business, and that's what it is, a business, not John's Magical Fairy Tale World and as the last few years have shown me, you pretending that it is hasn't gotten you guys anywhere....

The thing is, you kinda need money to start making money yourself....

I still like you though....

The reason they want you to "fake it" when they're looking at hiring is that typically when you're asking for the job is the very best behavior they'll see out of you. If you're uninterested and negative at the initial "high point" they can only imagine how bad you could be ( ... )

Also, I think his company would be eligible for a tax credit being that he hasn't been in school or had a job in awhile.... I got the company I work for now that tax credit, my 1st manager had said I was the first person he had employed at his store who had qualified....
