It's a nice and simplistic, but I personally still like Firefox better.
1) Chrome has ridiculously few options compared to Firefox. Like with chrome, I can't control what application it uses to open specific media files, I can't turn off Java, I can't block images from certain sites, etc.
2) No add-ons. Like, at this point, I can't live without Flashblock. Or StumbleUpon, for that matter. (On second thought, no add-ons might be a good thing).
3) Little things... Pressing Ctrl+ or Ctrl- scales both images and text on Firefox but only text on Chrome... On Chrome, I can only search with one search engine at a time without going to the options menu, but on Firefox, I can easily switch between searching Google, Wikipedia, IMDB, etc., with a drop-down menu.

I'll stop being an ass now.
