I wanted you to have the information, but did not want it widely published, I have only seen 2 of these mods and understand that after these mods that the enfield sometimes blew up.

Did the barrel go completely through the shell or was it appended at the primer and reattached at the cusp?

No it used a normal round and then the insert goes into the front of the tube to cut down flash and sound.
