I am not entirely certain of myself here but here i go!

I think that Eiji is by far the most fitting character, you mentioned you are narcissic and all but at the same time i get that you don't behave like that just for the kicks, you are also a very down to earth boy like i know you and you do help others quite a bit and you are intelligent and ambitious and all of the traits that simply make me think of him, i hope i nailed it good ^^

Actually, I was thinking of a few other characters at times for you (such as Hanekoma, Kitaniji, Neku, Joshua, and Kariya)...but I rather like the Eiji Oji vote now that it's been mentioned! From how you described your personality, he fits rather well: he's self-assured, attractive, and charming...and is often described as being inspiring to others, rather social (he even talks to strangers in shops when he overhears conversations he finds interesting), and he is very expressive in his mannerisms and viewpoints on things. He does like to bring attention to what he feels is important through his actions (either through fashion, blogging, or even just telling a friend what he feels they need to hear in their best interest at times). He could also be described as resourceful, assertive, spontaneous, charismatic, and passionate too (all of which are perhaps traits that helped him to become so popular in Shibuya). He also displays logical and curious sides to his personality, and is very surprisingly introspective and down-to-earth too

I was a little torn between Beat and Eiji for you, but I think Eiji Oji fits a little bit better. Your negative traits match up pretty well with his description, but "using his popularity to help others" seems to match up really well with your traits as an ENFP/ENTP - you're charming and charismatic, you don't care too much about what others think of you, and you try your best to bring attention to what's important.

I'm thinking an Eiji vote suits you best. He's passionate, confident, and assertive. He's definitely willing to put himself out there and get his voice heard. He also has a logical side, usually when he's by himself.

I would have to agree with Eiji, although I did see quite a bit of Joshua and Neku as well. I think overall you seem to have the same vibe as Eiji, and your negative traits and some of the things you bolded in "describe your personality" really make me sway towards the direction of Eiji: he can be narcissistic, arrogant, impatient and self-centered, as well as "self-assured, attractive, and charming" :)
