I can see quite a few character, mainly Shiki, Beat and Sota, but I'm going with Sota. Your overall personaility is a mix of the three characters I mentioned, but what made me lean towards Sota is your this or that section -especially how you are outwardly confident and more laid-back! (:

I was stumped for the longest time, but I actually want to say Ken Doi. Beat just seems... too extreme and you're smarter than him in general. I would say Ken Doi can be determined and stubborn, after all he never gives up trying to find new ramen flavors even when he's getting his ass kicked in sales. He's independent, helpful (especially in Another Day), and not without a sense of humor. He's more talkative than a lot of the characters without taking it to extremes, calm yet can be excitable, not extremely outwardly emotional, laid-back, realistic... I can see him wanting a similar type of partner, and while he certainly doesn't mind people, he seems to have no problem working alone. (He does seem to run his shop alone, though he asks for advice from others.) He is also fairly closed and mistrusting initially, since he doesn't reveal his backstory with some of the other characters until near the end.

I see a lot of Shiki and Beat in your application but in the end I'll go with Beat because I know how protective you are of your sister (no, that's not cheating, right?). You're definitely someone much smarter than Beat but you have his determination and stubbornness. Beat didn't trust Neku at first, in fact it took them some time to work properly together. He's helpful and definitely loyal since we know what he did in order to save Rhyme. He, just like you, dislikes rude people (which is the reason why he didn't like Naku in the first place) and "when people always make assumptions about things without actually knowing anything about them." reminded me of him. If i remember correctly, he was really angry with some people for assuming things instead of trying to understand them. He's outgoing, he's can be energetic and calmer, laid-back but a bit more on aggressive side. Your partner answer reminded me of how he wasn't excited about working with Neku because he was totally like someone you'd rather not work with XD So yes, I

I'm going to go with Beat. I think the way you describe yourself as outwardly confident and inwardly insecure fits with how he tries to act tough but is a bit of a softie inside, and the description says he's willing to give a lot for his friends... so I can imagine someone like that being unhappy about working with people who don't pull their weight. (I'm sorry if this is off, I'm unfamiliar with the game).

I have to agree with the above votes for Beat. I can see where the Sota votes are coming from, and I can also see a bit of Hanekoma in your application but I think Beat is a great fit for you.Just like you Beat is very independent, don't like to rely on others at all, he is determined, confident but inwardly more insecure and doubtful and even your view on humanity remind me of him for some reason.
