My first thought was the Tragic One! You have low self-esteem and you describe yourself as easily hurt and insecure as well as being emotional. You can be stubborn, but you're also very much a dreamer - and this line? I've been through a very rough life but i am trying to take my place in this world that can be so wonderful but so painful at times. - IMHO that sums up the attitude of the Tragic One perfectly - they get screwed over a lot, they take a lot of hits, but they just keep going on. They're peaceful, gentle people, but incredibly tenacious.

There were other things in your application that really reminded me of them, like how you said you'd really want to go home because you miss your family - and, well, losing your hometown is one of the most common reasons for a Tragic One to leave home. There's also how you'd like company because "life journeys are lonely things" - again, I think that's a sentiment the Tragic One would share.

I could see a bit of The Valiant and The Silent Hero at times in your application...though I think overall I'm leaning towards The Tragic One as well. Characters who fit into that archetype (such as Fei from Xenogears or Elc from Arc the Lad II) have been through quite a lot in their lives from no real action they ever have taken, but after some time has passed they are able to move past those experiences and try to become a stronger and better person because of them. They can sometimes have self-confidence issues are are a bit more reserved at times in comparison to other Main Character groups for this theme, but they try to be supportive of others and loyal. They're very peaceful and usually rather helpful characters for the most part, but have a determination that causes them to keep going forward ( ... )

I see a mix of The Go-Getter and The Tragic One. Your ideas, conceptions, and such seem to fit The Go-Getters the best, but many of your personality traits don't exactly match up with them... They are the only type I can sharing your response about the final battle, for instance.

However, since many of your traits don't really fit them, I'm inclined towards The Tragic One myself. I feel like there are quite a few things which don't fit that type either, but they do share many of your positive and negative traits as well as more of a dreamer personality than the other types. They can be very stubborn, especially if their loved ones are in danger (the before mentioned Fei actually is an excellent example of this), and are the most likely to want their family in the end.

I'm leaning heavily towards The Tragic One. The general description of your personality has a lot of of Tragic One traits, particularly when you said, "I've been through a very rough life but i am trying to take my place in this world that can be so wonderful but so painful at times." Tragic heroes have been hurt in the past, but they still try to find some beauty in the world around them.

There's really not much I can add at this point, but Tragic Hero seems to be the best fit. You seem to share a lot of the same sentiments about life and the personality traits you listed have a lot in common with the heroes I can think of in this stereotype.
