Who would have thunk it that Alexander (middle name witheld) Harris would have ever been able to fall in love...or deeply in like with a woman that wasn't a demon, isn't a demon, won't be a demon. I think that I am actually even more lucky that she likes me back. I pondered this as I laid with her in my arms, waking up with her each day..made ( Read more... )

Me, Paige Matthews, in paradise. Who would have thought? Okay-- so the Watcher's Council isn't exactly a Caribbean Island, but it would suffice. I mean, there weren't any demons, or demonic threats. Nobody trying to kill me and my sisters on a daily basis. Quite relaxing if you ask me. You'd better be careful Xander Harris. A girl could get use to this, I though dreamily.

"Just five more minutes", I groaned in my sleep, "five more minutes...". I shifted around in the bed, rolled onto my side, and wrapped the covers tightly around me. As Xander kissed my neck a soft smile played its way upon my lips. My eyes fluttered open as I rolled over to him. "Good Morning to you too!", I said with a soft chuckle. Leaning in I kissed him.

I chuckled through the kiss.

"Morning gorgeous"

I said softly as I broke the kiss.

"I couldn't bear being the only one awake, so that led to me tormenting you until you woke up."

"We'll you'd better be careful Mr. Harris", I said playfully, "one of these days I might not be in such a forgiving mood". I touched his nose lightly and grinned.

Xander was unlike any guy I had ever dated. There wasn't an evil, lying bone in his body. He was sweet, funny, caring, and...well....just Xander. Nobody was like him. He also got bonus points in the super-natural, "witchy" department as well--which was a BIG perk. "I think...We should stay here all day. You and me. Just like this"

On cue the alarm clock sounded. I let out a loud groan and slammed my hand on the sleep button. "So much for peace and quite", I told Xander as I rolled back over. I settled back into his arms and let out a soft sigh.

This is what heaven feels like

I let out a small laugh

"I think in a perfect world all alarm clocks should be banished"

I said softly as I pulled her closer to me kissing her deeply.

"I have to say, I am lucky...but I have one question for you..."

She gave me a look

"Are you now, or have you ever been a demon, evil, or a hater of snack foods?"

I said the last part with a smile, if she doesn't appreciate the snack food than we are in trouble.
