Hey... Have you seen Terra around lately?

[Sabin looks visibly concerned, especially after all the fiascoes that came stampeding through Never Was these past few weeks.]

You don't think she's hurt or anything, do you?

No, I'm afraid not.

[She doesn't want to admit that she hasn't been looking. Honestly, everything but her own muddled memories had taken a backseat. But now that Sabin mentions it, it has been an awfully long time...]

I doubt she's hurt - [She instantly recalls Terra's fainting spells after turning into an esper or using too much magic] - badly. But with everything that's happened, I guess we don't know for sure. Where do you think we should look?

[There's some disappointment in his expression, but it's not directed at Celes. Even if he'd known she hadn't been looking, he couldn't blame her. There was a lot to swallow lately.]

Well... she's not in her room from what I could tell. Maybe we should look around the outskirts first? A few people came in from there in pretty banged up shape after the mist passed.

[He didn't want to think Terra was still out there and without help, but... that's why he was trying to take action now.]

[Given the kind of monsters that had been running around, she wasn't all that surprised that they'd left people for the worst. The thought of Terra fighting herself out there wasn't one Celes wanted to think about - she knew well enough that Terra could hold her own, but there was no reason she had to.

Never mind that those monsters had vanished awhile ago, anyway. So where was she?]

[Of course-- but it certainly made her reliable and Sabin could definitely respect that. About the only preparation he needed was his claw, fastened securely on his right hand, and then he hurried outside.

There you are! --We should probably stick together. Just in case. [Because somewhere deep inside, he reasoned that if something could take down Terra (who was a powerhouse in her own right), their odds might not be much better on their own. The optimist in him, however, was trying not to think that morbidly.]
