Pretty much agree with you all told. My feelings are that some animal testing is needed -- but a lot of it is of dubious effectivness.

Of course proper rules about required human testing would be better yet.

yeah - the impression i get is that people calling for totally simulated tests are at best misinformed. But that being said i would welcome a truly independent look at the subject by the govt, its just im skeptical if this EDM which seems to have been totally sponsored by EfMP is goign to bring us any close to that. Too much bais from the outset

You should probably be aware that EDMs aren't actually binding on anyone, and are often a way to just let off steam.

Hence the recent examples of motions congratiulating football clubs and calling for the radio 4 theme tune to be reinstated ... but isnt it still about the principle that i object to the mp who represents me putting her name to something authored by an anti-testing lobby.
