Joining a gym doesn't sound like a bad idea at all. I need to get in shape, and it sure as hell would occupy all this free time.

Spectrum ins't too expensive. I was told that because of my age group I could join for $51 a month. My entire family signed up for $99/mo + start up fee. So far the staff has been really nice. I'd say that this place and Gold's are both in walking distance but when you move you might want to find something closer to that location, or learn to drive.
