When Quinn's about to give birth, she asks for Rachel to be there with her, not Puck nor Mercedes. When Puck protests, she shouts out that Rachel's her girlfriend, effectively announcing it to all of glee club.

After the birth, the pair gets serious anger from Finn and Puck. Angst ensues.

Long prompt

Quinn's back as head Cheerio and HBIC, she's also just recently begun to date an enamored Rachel. The Cheerios have a sleepover and Quinn invites Rachel; who is still somewhat hesitant and waiting for the other shoe to drop as she believes this it's all a set up to humiliate her. She reluctantly agrees to join them but she isn't having much fun despite her g/f’s best efforts. The Cheerios who aren't Quinn, Santana or Brittany, manage to get her alone and proceed to do something awful to her, implying that it's what Quinn wanted -- as they believe that Quinn isn't really dating Rachel just stringing her along so they can prank her. SadRachel doesn’t fight them and takes whatever abuse they have to dish out. The Cheerios return to the party and Rachel takes off mortified.

Bonus for scared on the verge of a breakdown Quinn because she can't find Rachel/Rachel won't talk to her.

Extra bonus if Santana kicks some ass.

Extra double bonus points if sweet Brittany tells someone off.

Quinn/Shelby - Rachel is completely distraught, she thought she'd be the one ending up with Quinn Fabray not her mother.

Bonus points for 1) Quinn only hanging out with Rachel to get in Shelby's good graces 2) Rachel thought Quinn actually liked her and was planning on coming out with it to Quinn but maybe catches Quinn/Shelby in bed or something 3)hurt!Rachel bringing something up like "You only want her to get closer to that child of yours!" which really isn't the case.

Rachel is in the wrong place at the wrong time and gets shot/stabbed. When someone finally finds her, she's this close to death.

The doctors manage to save her, but she falls into a coma. Quinn, her girlfriend, is forced to face the option of living without her.

Bonus points for Quinn talking and singing to Rachel while she's in her coma.

It doesn't matter if there's a happy ending or not.
