i moved in the other day and now i'm in my cave..which is what i like to call my dorm. it's a single in the johnson dorm. which means..it's tiny tiny. and it's always cold. and i only have an itty bitty window. but it's definitely growing on me, i think. when i got here it was incredibly depressing so the first thing i did was put some music on and

i still need to bring some posters. i think i'll buy some art posters from the bookstore when i move-in to make everything more homey. YAY for being a college student! :)

Too cold = much better than no AC in August. Is there a thermostat control in your room, or is the whole building uniform?

Having seen your room, I believe you when you say cover.

Also, good luck with your classes (you start Thursday, right?).

yeah. i'm just happy there IS ac. there's a thermostat in my room, but it's really really really basic and kind of painted over. so i've gotta chip off some paint tonight to see if i can fiddle with it some.

yeahhh. i have my first classes thursday! art history and english. ahh.
