Sadly, no Purim party this year since I just couldn't get it together. Instead, Alena and I spent last night baking hamentaschen and drinking wine, and I brought a big batch in to work today (good timing since our big series authors are in this week for all-day meetings, so I definitely delivered cookies to author + boss while they were mulling

Sounds like a lot of unusual items were sensual this weekend. The band sounds great.

I'm slightly disappointed because my high school make out friend's actual semi famous band is playing in Detroit while I'm home, but of course it's the night of my dad's surgery, and something tells me I'm not going to want to go from the hospital to the metal show.
