Fall Semester: First semester in grad school went well. I complained toward the end of having a lot to do, but it was mostly because my hours were being determined by other people. Now I can work more as an independent, I can choose hours which are most convenient for me (ie, I would rather work a few hours on saturday/sunday than stay really late ( Read more... )

I actually like that my parents ask me where I go, and what I'm doing. It shows they care. But that is probably why I also don't mind being a loser still living at home. :-P

Its nice, but it just gets annoying when the conversation is the exact same every single day. I sit down for dinner, "Are you going out tonight?" "Probably." "With who?". "Adam, Bojan, and Aaron." "What are you going to do?" "Play video games." "Have you seen _____ yet?"

Oh well. Also gets annoying to have someone look over your shoulder at the computer. "Whats that website?" "Uhh, you wouldnt understand."
