I really enjoyed our discussion in class this week. I am not married so I don’t think I can fully understand what Mrs. Mallard was going through, but I think freedom can be good for everyone depending on how you use it. There are plenty of men out there who are controlling. They act nice at first then when they have you they become somewhat

I totally agree with your statement about having a second party to keep you accountable and aware of your actions. I think it's important to have somebody in your life that cares enough to devote their time and patience to keep you out of trouble or at least keep you on guard. Very good critical thinking!

I agree with you, I really enjoyed our discussion of this story in class. Freedom to make choices is very important and having it or having a lack of it can drive people to do stupid things. I'm not sure if I could ever be happy about a death either but I do know what it is like to be controlled and it is not pleasant.
