Strange, I thought PayPal was famed for its convenient user-friendliness. Quite a nuisance when a company like that drops the ball.

I had someone send me money through paypal, and I don't have my own checking account, so i guess i can't use it. I'm afraid to give them any info anyways. It's just $2 anyways, and for doing an online survey

Yeah, I don't think I'll want to deal with them anymore. The problem is that it's hard to use Ebay without it, but I don't really need to use Ebay I guess.

I ordered Allie's christmas gift off ebay and it was pretty bad. We couldn't remember the password for the paypal account my family set up, so we tried going through customer support. They were supposed to send an automated e-mail to reset the password but the e-mail they sent just sent us back to the "Call tech support" page. And it wouldn't let us start up another account with the same credit card number. We ended up having to just send a check.

Paypal is pretty terrible.
