Update on License

So, I called the Department of Motor Vehicles today. I received the best news to date. Since I sold the car, and the person on the other end noted as such on my record. I no longer have to pay the uninsured motorist fee, nor have to have a sr 22 restriction on my license for when I do get another car and insurance. However I have to pay a $145
