Turducken Thanksgiving

It is now two days after Thanksgiving and I have finally recovered enough from the festivities to report on the activities.

Instead of a regular turkey this year, I decided to cook up a turducken. For all those who are not familiar with this delicacy, a Turducken is a partially de-boned turkey, stuffed with a de-boned duck which has been stuffed

You know, the possibility that you could simply buy a turducken never occurred to me. I thought you had to laboriously quest for it, or at least make it by hand. Cool!
