I believe that she means that her parasol is a weapon.

She may also call it Mr. Parasol.

The last note says "bolts" for it.

If she has a parasol that uses bolts, I'm curious, regardless of whether she means crossbow bolts or screwbolts.

Perhaps it is a multipurpose parasol, both a weapon which fires crossboid bolts, and a shield consisting of metal plating bolted together in extendable/retractable parasol fashion!!!

Either way, I shall be excited to meet her.
