Have had yet another tiff with ranch personnel about octopus-sorting procedures. (Age, then sex, then size, then coloration. Who goes looking for a particular shade of octopus without knowing which size is desired?) I still don't see what's so disturbing or unusual about wanting things to be put in the right places. Since "right" is one of those highly subjective things, it only makes sense to step back and do a thorough survey of all possible subjective approaches until maximum rightness can be achieved, at which point, everything can indeed be put in their optimized places.

Simple! Not disturbing at all. Honest.

I assure you, I have a gender. I'm almost certain it remains static; or, at the very least, within the sampling time offered, has not displayed any measurable change.
