Yearly our benefits change. This year, however, has one unexpected benefit that I am excited about, free pet health insurance. Includes yearly check up and shots for free. Woot! A good hair day, a weekend of horror movies and healthcare for my little ones. This is a good day!

my benefits change every year, too. My co-pay and monthly contribution goes up every month and my benefits go down :(

We just had our open enrollment and we no longer have the option of having a $100.00 annual medical deduction...it's now $500.00 per person annually. Meanwhile, the monthly cost to the employee is going up $5.00 per pay period.

Shittier coverage for more money! yay! NOT.
