Idea #2: Transcode text in videos much better

I watch a whole lot of StarCraft on YouTube. It's actually at the point now where I watch more Korean television than American television. The real problem with watching StarCraft on YouTube is inability to read some important text on the game interface due to video quality problems. For example, does protoss have the +1 weapons upgrade yet? What is the zerg supply count? This information is vital to the game, but it is simply lost when watching on YouTube.

So here it is, idea #2

Video transcoders should make sure to transcode text very well, even to the point of refusing to scale down text when shrinking video sizes.
