6-years old boy with AML needs help
We are pleading to you for help on behalf of this child who is looking at you from this picture.
For this kid , his name is Anatoliy Holovaty , life became hell on October 29,2010.

Here is the short medical summary of his condition :
" Acute myeloblastic leukemia with multivariant dysplasia ".
This is the grave diagnosis, especially for a kid who lives in a small village in rural area of Ternopil region in Ukraine and usually means only one thing - death.
In other places of the world, for example in Israel, kids with such a diagnosis are having better chances for survival due to high percentage of successful treatment that is provide there. But time is passing by and you can not delay a single minute. Every day without badly needed chemotherapy is the day closer to grave.
We have done everything in our power to bring this child to Israel. Family and friends scrambled a small amount of money $ 30.000 for a start of therapy by borrowing from neighbors and selling everything possible for this matter.
Family is struggling to do impossible to save the child and we are striving to help in any way possible to support them and to achieve the main goal of providing the full course of chemotherapy and bone marrow transplant in order to cure the disease. That would require some $ 250000 to fund the therapy overall.
We are begging on behalf of this kid who like many other kids wants to continue to live and enjoy life, wants to smile and run, wants to play soccer with neighbor kids and go fishing to the river, wants to go to school and be a normal kid for his family.
We are asking to help his family and to support them not to lose their only son.
We are coordinating the efforts to raise the funds$ 220.000 necessary to complete the therapy.
If you or anybody who you may know could help with getting the required amount of money, family and survived child would be tremendously grateful . Please help us if you can .

Anatoli is a 6 years old boy admitted to our unit due to leukocytosis, rash and clinical deterioration.
He was diagnosed at 7.11.2010 as suffering from acute myeloblastic leukemia - high risk.
He started chemotherapy according to BFM protocol.
He received 1st block of chemotherapy and he needs another 4 blocks of intensive
chemotherapy. Also, due to his general condition and reduced immunological status he
will need many hospitalizations for fever and neutropenia.
In case of no response to chemotherapy he will need allogeneic bone marrow
transplantation.
