how long does 4.5 miles take you? I'm good for 20 minutes per mile, walking, but 2 is my limit (at work, at least). But then, I am not you.

I would also have to consider carefully my food intake before making the trek back...

A 4.5 mile walk (including getting and drinking bubble tea, which happened on both ways) took about 90 minutes. This is right in line with the average walking speed on flat ground of 3 miles per hour, which agrees with your 20 minutes/mile.
