There are times I really hate living in Ireland.

Such as when you run out of paint and you can't go out to buy more paint because it's a Sunday and all the shops that sell paint are closed even though you live in the centre of the capital and largest city.

Grrrrr.

joys of sundays in lame countries! norway, too. ugh. only here for some reason garden stores are open. you could get some plants. but probably not paint. :)

Of course it's the same here too, and most closes at 3pm on Saturdays.

It's ridiculous because if you work full time you are really limited in the time you can get your shopping done.

No B&Q in the city, I'd have had to go way out into a shopping mall in the 'burbs. Not really an option in my paint clothes.

TELL ME ABOUT IT. There are times when I don't even think to leave the house until the shops are closing. I miss Target and it's 10pm closing time. Why can't things be open until 8pm at least on weeknights? Why???
