The Second Valentine's Day

The Freakboat and I are at it again!  This is our take on the first 14 Valentine's Days.  This might not make as much sense to you if you haven't read our previous opus, The Gift of Possibilities, detailing the first 12 Christmases; but this story falls within the universe we created in TGOP.

Blame the Freakboat for this round!

Mad props, ladies...This is a great story so far. I'm really enjoying the mushiness involved. Thanks for doing this.

Mushy? I don't see any mushy? Miranda doesn't 'do' mushy, remember? She's just, uh, harsh-impaired at this point!
And thanks for your thanks... it's always fun poking at the Jelly Roll and seeing what comes out...

Heehee, I love the way you've shown Miranda's reluctance to admit that she actually wanted to do something romantic with Andy ;-)

The carriage ride was very sweet and the twin's reaction to their kiss was very amusing.

Can't wait to read more!

It's FOR the GIRLS, for heaven's sake... yeah, right. Isn't that half the fun of watching someone fall in love? The absolute goofy nature of if all?

THERE IS NO ROMANTIC MIRANDA. IT IS ALL AN ILLUSION.

I have only recently come to DWP fandom. I had not seen your Gift of Possibilities before. I was moved by the progression of the story and the growing love between the principles. It was not instantaneous, not fated, not a fore drawn conclusion as in so many of the DWP fics. Now you give us this wonderful gift, again exploring the growth of the relationship between some of our favorite characters. It was a treat to read the first story and now I look forward to each day following this new one! Thank you again!

Thank you so much for your brilliant and insightful comments. *smile* Seriously, thanks! That's one of the interesting things about doing something like this; alternating authors give you a deeper sense of the characters, which can't help but make the story more entertaining. Stand by, there's 12 more coming!
