holy shit! i thought teaching english wasnt done in japan much anymore...which made me sad because i've always wanted to do it.

I had an interview and a BA. I think not all companies require a BA in anything. I had to teach a mock lesson as part of the interview, I just tried to be as articulate as possible and as reinforcing of the "student" who was actually the interviewer as possible. encouragement, praise and patience is KEY! I think...
