Ok my roommate is watching, I think, Eyeshield 21 right now. The football anime. Is it just me, or is the entire thing in slow motion? There's probably a dozen frames of animation in the entire episode!

I've only read the manga. It was good until about 7 or 8 volumes in. I call it the "Yakitate Japan" syndrome.
