I've Been Birded!!!!!

These birds have migrated all the way from South Carolina to Berlin. We've been hanging out in Kreuzberg for the last few days... only problem is prying them away from the late-night kebab stands and their new hipster friends.

The second was the closest to a gnoming we could muster, but I think we did pretty well. So well that I can say, "I win!" this round...muwhaahahahahahaha!

We're sooooooooo glad you like them. We had a hard time picking those out from a real bevy of beauties.

they're fantastic! is the artist local to South Carolina? I got a terrible case of the giggles when i unwrapped them - both are so perfect.... the bird with the bunny body and waistcoat looks like he should be conjuring something, so I'll have to figure out a cauldron for him with little suprises inside:)

Oh that sounds utterly delightful.

She's in Asheville, actually. I stumbled upon her site and fell in love. I paid her and she sent them to Mike. Very nice lady. Was so excited to here her kids were going overseas.

She has a few things that we want.
