why? most of my core credits are from out of state (nothing i can do about it, and yet...) so i'm not really a 'resident' or some such nonsense

ok, follow through may have gotten somewhere; i received an email from the school last night requesting e-transcripts, so they're at least reviewing something.
maybe i'll have something to celebrate soon? i can only hope.
