Obsessive-Compulsive. Practice makes perfect? You're far beyond that. You're overly focused on detail & orderliness. More often than not, you miss the larger picture. You set unreasonably high standards for yourself & others, & then tend to be critical when your expectations are not met. You avoid working in teams because you feel that others are incompetent. You try to not make descisions out of fear of making mistakes. You are not very generous with your time or money.
