ghosts of girlfriends past
cast: matthew mcconaughey, jennifer garner, michael douglas, and emma stone
what imdb says: A bachelor is haunted by the ghosts of his past girlfriends at his younger brother's wedding.

  1. This movie was so predictable and lame and a clear rip-off of dickens, but all in all I really enjoyed it and I'm a sucker for silly romantic comedies.
  2. That being said, McConaughey is sort of a douche in this movie, and I commend the lovely Miss Garner for giving him the cold shoulder. You think she's being petty until you see what he actually did to her, and then you want to stand beside her and hand her heavy things that she can beat him over the head with while she's kicking his ass Alias style.
  3. The ending of the movie, and the adorableness of their relationship does make up for it though
  4. There's a great montage that pokes fun of rom-com montages, and it's pretty funny. The whole sequence with the ghost of girlfriends past is funny actually, Emma Stone knows how to be a nerd.
  5. I loathed the michael douglas character, he was such a sleazy creeper.
  6. There's a scene where the most gorgeous wedding cake is destroyed. It almost brought me to tears.
  7. The soundtrack is pretty cute. I've run out of things to say. :)
  8. Just Kidding: WIKIPEDIA FUN FACTS -- It was originally set up at Walt Disney Pictures with Ben Affleck attached to play the lead character. Production was to begin in the fall of 2003, but budget concerns and the failure of Gigli resulted in the cancellation of the film one month prior to shooting. -- LOL now I'm done
