YEY! Im trying to eat right again, and do consistant work outs. I am back to 167 LBS. I was at my lowest th is year at 158. That was with lots of cardio. I am now doing more weight lifting so being a little heavier is okay but I have a lot of fat on my stomach so its not, THAT okay.
So today I am starting fresh, with eating right, trying to quit pop
