Mandarake Group Order Information
I normally order from Nakano first and Ikebukuro/Shibuya second. Fukuoka and Akihabara Complex are possibilities if there is enough interest or if interested parties do not mind splitting the stores' handling fees if any (¥500 for every order under ¥5,000). Orders placed first with deposits take priority in case of ordering multiples of the same item. Orders from different shops cannot be combined except for shipping from my location.
Commission Rates (per item)
¥0 - ¥1000 = +¥150
¥1001 - ¥2000 = +¥250
¥2001 - ¥3000 = +¥350
¥3001 - ¥5,000= ¥400 + 5%
¥5,001+ = 15%
I ship in using DHL which takes about 2-3 days. Shipping cost will generally be about ¥50 - ¥225 per item.
Shipping will be more for heavier or larger items. Shipping costs will decrease with a larger total purchase order.
I will place orders for any items; books, figures, clothes, etc. Refunds will be given only upon out-of-stock basis.
Smaller shipment may travel via SAL if all parties agree. SAL normally takes 4-7 days to arrive at my location. This method has tracking like DHL.
I prefer payment to be sent via Paypal or bank/wire transfer; fees paid by buyer. Gift payments will be accepted if buyer prefers this. Snail mail payments accepted at buyer's own risk and the proper currency conversion must be figured beforehand. Any non-cash or immediate payment must be held until cleared.
I can do a mock-up to get a shipping estimate from me to you if you can get me the necessary information (i.e. item size and weight). It may not be 100% correct, but it will be as close as I can figure. I will be shipping out of Hawaii, USA.

SHIPPING DETAILS
I prefer to ship from Japan using DHL.
Usually it will take 48-72 hours to come in after leaving the posting center.
I cannot make guarantees for time it takes for the store to call for pick-up.
I will provide the tracking number to anyone who wants to join in.
I will calculate the shipping to the address you have provided and invoice you as well as messaging you.
Make sure to provide the correct shipping information.
I can consider using SAL for smaller orders. Mandarake now requires all SAL shipments to be Registered which increases the rate very slightly. SAL takes about 4-7 days to arrive at my location.
Shipping part 3 will be first class, media mail, or priority flat rate within the US, tracking included. Flat rate option offered.
Shipping part 3 will be first class or priority flat rate envelope outside the US as first choice, EMS available as cheapest shipping option including tracking and insurance. It is still expensive as are the flat rate boxes which may also have tracking and insurance.
