You'd better submit for the book Rubi!!!!! You do beautiful work, and the only reason they might turn you down is if they are full in the painting area! You have a cohesive portfolio. You must at least try!! Or Wendy and I will have to think of some way to pick on you!!

so all I do is submit my portfolio, and if they approve then I say which ones to put in it? I am a little comfused! dumb dumb me!

Submit your portfolio, then they will e-mail you to say if they will accept your work for the book. That is the first step. If you are accepted, you get to pcik your images that you want in the book. They don't even have to be the ones in your portfolio:) There is a link at the top of the Art Wanted page that says "Art Book New!". If you click it, it will tell you the process.

gosh that means if I get approved I get to have at least a book with art of mine!!!!!!!!!!! super!!!!!!!!!

yep, it took a few days for them to approve me. i think about three or four days. i think i read in the message boards somewhere that the artists in the book wont have to preorder, they will hold a book for us for a little while if we want to buy one. ill have to go read it again just to be sure :)

I love your new one...she is very smiliar to keeper of the dragonflies and they would make a lovely set.

I've only spoken to Stephanie once or twice, but she's is really really nice.

You've got to put your artwork in the book!!! Of course they'll accept you, your work is lovely. I'm definitely pre-ordering a copy so I can look at the work of artists I love all together.
