Im assuming from your comment of *my back hurts* means that you either paint on the floor or at a table that to low he he.

I usually paint at my coffee table while sitting on the very edge of the sofa, I usually have to stop after a time becasue my back and shoulder start to ache lol. I really need to find a better set up.
