I'm old and it sucks.

I'm 27, single, and our Church (ROCOR, that is) has nothing for me as a support group, because I don't qualify as "Youth" anymore.

Ok, I'm still here, and I do intend to start blogging more. Funny how if I'm too busy- or, conversely, bored & depressed- I don't blog.

And although my life back in NJ is hopelessly boring, there are a few insights & thoughts that would be nice to record. We'll see how much I get done tomorrow...

So, tomorrow evening is the Russian ORYuR Ball up north, close to the border of NY, but I'm not going. In fact, these days I've sworn to stop going to any and all fancy dress balls. Maybe I'm turned off by the banality of it or maybe I've just been profoundly depressed. Perhaps both. :)
