i feel so bad!!

hopefully he stays crazy
and doesnt gain a bunch of weight

i didnt want him to run off at my dads
because he smelled a female in heat
and i didnt i want him to spray

i still feel awful about it =(

i have 60 days from today to do it. if the turds at HQ would actually do things on a regular schedule and not take 6 months to process paperwork, maybe id have a chance.
