A veritable infinity database, with data storage capability beyond accurate measure due to his implication of burgeoning data technologies involving flexible hardware. Made as an accessory to the uber-computing Phoenix, but behaves more like a lover to him than anything else. Whether or not that's the proper assessment is up for debate.
Techu is riddled with ports and jacks, and has several retractable cables wound up inside his frame. His frame itself is a lightweight carbon composite and there's very little metal inside him, so older equipment might mistake him for a human being. He does set off alarms with EMF detectors, however, as he produces a substantial one somehow or another.
