I went shopping for 5 hours to find short red shorts for Ruby's heel effort at the Supershow. Only to buy a $50 pair that broke the second I got home. So drove straight back and they didnt have any un-broken pairs left and told me I had to exchange for something else. Me, freaking out at 7pm have to get up at 4.30 am for sydney flight running ( Read more... )

Do not speak ill of the bot-bot. It is lovely and has many, many admirers. In fact it is so pretty that I shall build an altar of worship in it's honour (I'm planning on creating a statue of it made completely of macaroni)

I hate mean sales people. What is it going to hurt to be a little bit nice and try to please the customer? But ooooh, no! That's totally out of the question. Meh. Maybe you could sell it on eBay?

Well, you looked really good in what you wore for the Supershow - especially Sundays outfit. Woooo, girl!

Lol I'll bring these pant/boyleg undie things to Rowville on December 3rd to show you. Trust me you will be wondering what the hell I was thinking too! lol -xox-

Before throwing in the towel on a creditnote, if its a chain, ring up head office and tell your story there, youd be amazed what that muight achieve, even an email might help.

Definitely. I agree with Ark.

It is unfortunate that the store does not uphold the refund policy. Whilst it's not "technically" a change of mind as in the first place you were a. rushed and b. the first pair bought were faulty.

Go to their head office. DEMAND to speak to the store manager.

AND... report the fuckers to Not Good Enough.org that's enough for any company to jump about if you complain about them to a website that acts on your behalf.

You will get your refund Ruby. We will make sure of it.

And if you don't, I shall go in there myself and slam the fucking pants down on the counter and demand a fucking refund. And if that doesn't work, I shall stand outside the store and tell everyone that tries to go in, not to because the people in there suck.

Trust me... it works. :P

I would pay money to see you do that - it was a sex shop so standing out the fron telling customers that the people who work there suck may backfire! lol!
