Good evening, everyone. This is Jim Kirk and I've got some good news: We have a plan.
For those who I spoke to last night about the fence idea -- Sorry, we're scrapping that. However, we could still use your help. We could use everyone's help.
The monsters are in the streets, right? So, we're getting off them. We're going to move everyone up to the rooftops. There are some monsters who can fly and climb the buildings, but it'll still be a hell of a lot safer up there than down here on the ground.
We'd like to try to build wide bridges between the rooftops. But we need people who can not only help with the manual labor part, but we also need anyone who can help us plan out how to build them so that they're safe and sturdy for everyone here, including the bigger Cybertonians.
When it comes time to actually build the bridges, we're going to be using the magic spell Float to get people up there to set up the supports. If you have super-human strength and-or if you can fly, your help would be especially appreciated. If not, don't worry about it -- We'll figure something out.
We're also going to need people to play sentry when we start constructing so that the people working don't get eaten.
We also need to get the materials to build with. If you know of what we can possibly work with and where we can get it around here, please let us know.
Aaaaand, as some extra incentive! [He grins.] Tifa has oh-so-generously offered to provide drinks for all the workers. Not while they're working, of course. [He winks.]
The main purpose of this is to find out who's going to help us and to know what they can do. From there, we're going to figure out blueprints for the bridges and schedules so no one gets overworked. Also, if anyone has any objections to the bridge idea, please, don't hesitate to speak up. We'll listen to any concerns you have.
