[Janice isn't sure what happened. She had been on an away mission on an unpopulated planet, and now she's at a train station with nothing but fuzzy memories that told her nothing about her situation. She reaches for her communicator. Missing. Along with her phaser and her PADD. Wonderful. Though, whatever or whoever had dumped her at the train station had provided her with something that looked like some sort of communications device.

Fumbling with it for a few minutes, she decides to try it out, even if it might bring unwanted attention to her. Maybe someone from the ship would hear her.]
