The outer layer of frosting was bad, but the actual cake and chocolate filling were delicious. Eric had a bite, then refused to eat any more of it because it is a year old (and he's paranoid). So I have to eat the whole thing myself.

as far as food poisoning goes... nothing yet, but only time may tell...
