Having spent half an hour laughing my head off... and falling in love with Ruby's Lotr verse all over again.... I feel I can now breathe sufficiently well to say i'm worried not only about your hard driver or whatever it is they can't fix, but also about what THEY ARE FIXING.... those tentacles and your waste disposal unit? IN A PC NOW? Windows does do some strange things, but this is ridiculous!! Hilariously ridiculous... and terrifying as the spider time of the year has begun, tho mine on the ceiling are the minisculey black things that look like - minisculey black weeny spidersthings

The driver is just a stupid piece of software that runs my webcam. It doesn't do anything else. Everything else is fine. I had to go waste money on a new webcam. That's all.

I don't know why there are tentacles. Or spiders, for that matter. It is a bit creepy when they're on your computer doing things on the screen and you're just watching the mouse move around and the windows open and close...

I just gave up and bought a new webcam. That fixed the problem.
