Polish comfort food

This sounds like it'd be pretty cheap to make, too, if you left out the sausage. :|a It reminds me of this recipe my roommate loves, which is basically 'soak a head of cabbage in leftover animal fat.' I forget what it's called, but she assures me that it's delicious.

It is very inexpensive! :) Actually, isn't sausage a fairly cheap meat, as far as such things go? I've lost track since I don't buy it. >.>;

I couldn't imagine why not! ;)

I just usually don't buy sausage for some reason. Generally I get ground beef or hot dogs. I've been wanting that delicious sausage dish that Kirs makes for a while, but I haven't gotten to it... Actually, I've been making cheeseburgers a lot lately.

Oh--since it occurs to me, as we hardly ever get to talk on AIM, did you need my address again for those headphones?
